Trying to get below 190 lbs again. Started eating too much of the wrong foods again and not staying active. Plan on getting focused again and work hard at maintaining my progress this time! I hope everyone is doing well. Wish you luck with your goals!
192.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck getting below 190. I have the same focus on 180. It's motivating for me to focus on a number goal, and then once I meet that go for the next 10.

Thanks Fritzy! I only do well losing weight when I concentrate on losing no more than 5-10 pounds at a time too. Otherwise, it seems so overwhelming. Good luck with your 180 goal!
