I feel like such a failure after seeing my weight this morning at 7:30am. I was at 249 and now Im getting back up to my start weight. Im bikeing and doing some walking but I just cant say no to junk food and it comes into my house. sigh - I wish I lived alone again I did so much better that way. It wasnt even ALOT of junk food it was like some cookies and some ice cream and look at me. Maybe its period weight? Which should be next week? meh probably not...Im just fat. Ughhhhhhh.................
