woohoo!! Ok, so I have FINALLY started to make progress. I am not sure what has done it but I have finally decided that its time to get back in the kick of things full swing. I ACTUALLY stayed up all morning without ever laying back down and I feel better than I have in a LONG time. I walked 5 miles already, my daily routine, and I am SOOOOOO proud of myself for getting it done early. Maybe this means early bed tonight.
