Triceps and Left shoulder are a little sore today....Will only do cardio.

Ate very well while dining out last night...Asked for celery instead of chips...good girl! And no desert...Didn't even want any
153.8 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
