Trying to just go about my business, eating normally, exercising daily, keeping stress to a low roar.
has anyone had success with just turning down the intensity meter across the board?

I have with Everything but the workout 🏋️♀️. Although, you need to keep the basics in order while in maintenance ie, sleep, water intake, calories in. Hope this helps.
