I was expecting to slip a little this week. I didn't think I could maintain the rate I was losing weight last week. I have a lot of information from the nutritionist in my diabetics class. It's hard to take it all in, but it makes sense and I think it will be really helpful.
This week we celebrated our anniversary with dinner at the Samari Chef and I went overboard there. But it was sooo good. I grilled chicken for fajitas on sunday. I used a smaller whole wheat tortilla instead of the grande flour one. Chicken, peppers, and onions were good food choices.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
