WTF where did 4 pounds go? I never have really weighed myself everyday but that is really wierd, dropped 4 lbs since last weigh in, probably scale error, but I'll take it.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
