Wow! Another pound!!!!! Happy...happy...happy!!!!! My charcoal grill broke!!! How awful is that?!?! So we grilled sirloin on gas last night and let me tell you it doesn't even compare - there was no flavor!!! I have to buy another charcoal grill and very soon. You know when I lived in the city I used gas all the time and thought it was awesome but then I had charcoal.... and now I'm spoiled! So I probably only had about 3 or 4 oz of boring steak last night with my veggies of course. I am wearing my 18's today!!! Yay! Last night I had a blast just acting goofy with the kids! We tied the kids sandbox lid to our riding lawnmower and dragged it behind the mower giving sleigh rides. LOL! No, I wasn't drunk. If I was it probably would have been more fun. Thankfully none of the neighbors drove by and I didnt break the sandbox or the lawn mower! Ha Ha Ha! Oh and I jumped on our trampoline with the girls and that was a workout!!! I am definately buying a 4-wheeler soon. We live right on red river and it is a shame that we don't have our own ATV yet. I know I am babbeling but one of the main reasons I wanted to lose weight was so I could have more energy to play with my kids - and I finally do! :)

you know when the kids are grown it is the little things that they will remember like you giving them sled rides in august! way to go mom you rock ! and you will have the memories to keep you company when they are grown one of the best memories my family have is one summer we had a shaving cream fight in the back yard! turned my husband into a snowman in july! great memories come from little things!

Amanda, sounds like you and the kids had a very memorable time last night. The kids always remember these things. When they grow up they will have memories of the little things like this. Kudos on more weight loss.

I do tend to keep my journal much like a diary... except now I don't say "dear diary, I have a crush on...." Oh 3 more pounds and I will have lost 1/2 of my weight loss goal. I had 132 to lose and I have lost 69. I know the next 69 pounds will much more noticable and rewarding than the first 69. I can't wait!

Kboat - I have two girls ages 6 and 5 and a 13 month old little boy. They are so much fun. I would be lost without them.
