Started a family weight loss challenge for support. Hopefully this will keep me on the right track. Day 1 and 2 have been pretty good. Working on Day 3.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
