I really enjoyed exploring Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia with my Mum. I was on holiday, and did enjoy a few treats, but not once did I return to the buffets for a second serving. I also walked and walked and walked! I wasn't quite as virtuous as I would have liked, but that's okay.

Now I'm back I want to keep up my steps as much as I can, and have another go at meal planning.
