I have Fatsecret notify me every two weeks to weigh in and got my notification this morning. Although I have been using another program to track my diet for quite some time, I also started using fatsecret in July to track my meals because my sodium and fiber intake are easily visible. I have an unusually low weight this morning because I missed meals the last two days. Those are the first two times I've missed meals since last March. This was mostly due to poor sleep on Wednesday night through Thursday morning. As a result slept in late on Friday morning and missed breakfast for the first time in six months. Slept in a little late yesterday too. I could have had breakfast, but as it was late it seemed too close to lunch so I waited 'til lunch before I ate. I weighted 155.8 on Friday morning and expect to rebound back to that weight, which is still below my goal of 158 pounds.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
