This week I did great. I was eating the right things and I wasn't really craving any junk. Friday i ended up stopping at McDonald's b/c it was midnight and i was just leaving work, and i was hungry. And sleepy. So I got a McRib sandwich and apple slices. I was thinking about eating the sandwich, and i decided i could have the meat, but bread wasn't ok. so i took the bread off. Yep, while driving i ate a barbecue sauced meat patty with my hands. :-) I felt happy b/c the sandwich was 500 cal by itself and taking off the bread shed at least 1-200 of those calories. Yay.
Work out wise, this week was crap. i did 30 min on wednesday, but not the rest of the week. Just too much work to do. I was dog tired by the time i would get off and not want to wake up. :-(
but i did lose about 5 lbs. just by cutting my fruit intake down some. It was kind of unintenional b/c i just didn't feel like eating them this week. I am very proud of my progress this week.
338.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
