Today I am starting the bulletproof Intermittent fast. Most of my food will be consumed between 2 and 5 PM mainly because of my work schedule. I plan to do this for a week and then adjust accordingly. My weightlifting routine will continue although slightly modified.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
