My baby girl was born on Tuesday! She is 100% perfect, and I am so in love with her.

I also love the automatic 13 lb weight loss. :)

Since it's easier for me to start things on Monday, I'm starting the formal South Beach Diet on the 25th. I'll be careful from now until then.

Here begins a fitter body!!!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What a blessing. Take some rest for yourself whenever you can, if you are nursing you will be burning some major calories.
