I'm rocking this right now. I am tired but still trudging through. I know that it takes a minimum of six weeks to develop a good habit and I am only on week two.
275.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
