I weighed in again today...holding steady at 178 lbs. I think I'm going to start cutting back on checking my weight to every couple of days or maybe just once a week. I can tend to get a little obsessive about the number on the scale. If its not moving down, or Heaven forbid, goes up a little, it can affect my mood for the entire day.

Today is the first of three days off, whew! I've been working 10 hour days (I'm on my feet most of that time) all summer so I can have 3-day weekends. By Friday, I'm usually pretty beat. It's really nice to have that extra day off to get stuff done though.

We'll be going to a family bbq this weekend. I'm planning on bringing a few of the side dishes so I can be sure to stick to my diet so its off to Costco this morning for some shopping. :)
178.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
