I’m committed to losing 19 pounds and getting back under 200. I struggled with which diet to follow, since probably neither will be lifelong. So I chose HMR to get off the junk and bread, focus on fruits and vegetables. Long term, once I get back to 199, I’ll follow a combination of HMR phase 2 and Weight Watchers by adding proteins but not bread and junk.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
