Lots of fruit, veggies and protein with the occasional grain carb. I'm doing pretty good at staying away from most sugars, but Starbucks and nuetella are my weaknesses! Now, if I could only get in some weight training...
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
