Kinda bummed. Thought I was making a huge difference, but I've only lost a pound and a half. I know now that I must cut out snaking entirely, only allowing myself a treat a week (and even then, don't over do it.)
Excercise MUST become a priority! Get Sweatin' to the Oldies and use Kinect! Don't let laziness bog you down!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know what snaking is, but a pound and a half is an amazing loss. That would be equal to about 6 sticks of butter. Hold it up to your thighs and that's how much fat you took off your body. Large losses mean you are losing more water and and some muscle too (along with fat). Smaller losses will be more fat. Your off to a great start, keep going.
