I got caught in the blackhole of YouTube last night and was watching a woman who had gone from almost 300 pounds to 125 through diet and exercise. My 10 pound weight loss goal suddenly felt so small and I felt so lazy to be complaining about how hard this is. I just need to get some exercise....any exercise and I am sure I can do this. No more excuses.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Whether it's 10 pounds or 100, it's still hard. But yes you can do it. when you have very little to lose, it's important to tighten up the diet and get moving. If you focus on losing fat and firming up, you will naturally lose weight and get smaller. Exercise will help change your body composition, burn fat, burn calories and help you maintain your weight loss. That doesn't even include healthy benefits. Write down the reasons you want to lose the weight and read it for motivation. Get some fitness magazines and read for motivation and ideas on recipes and nutrition. Try new exercise classes. You can do this! Now get to it!!!!
