went out for dinner and a show...one martini and split dessert...have been exercising everyday except for one rest day...usually under 1000 calories a day...and gaining! gah!!!!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
