Starting this week off right... Have already drank about 24 ounces of water. Weigh in is off of my personal scale and actually from last night. May be a little lighter this am as I always seem to be in the morning, but don't know for sure.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its ok, just shake it off and get back to what you know works for you! It's that crazy time of year getting the kiddos set back in school and the change of routines but the dust will settle and you'll come out on top as always!
