I don't know what the deal is but I guess I will record this gain. What am I doing differently? Well I may be having too much fried chicken with the breading and I have had a diet pepsi twice here lately. I guess I haven't been as strict in the last 3 or 4 days. So today I went to the store before work and bought some really low carb stuff for lunch so that way I won't be tempted to go get a fried chicken breast today. I took my micro-economics test last night and decided to go ahead and take exam 4 which I thought was just a final over everything I had already done. Well exam 4 was a final plus about 5 chapters I never even read. Somehow I passed the test? I have no idea how? The kids started school today. They were really excited. I hope they like it. I am starving and have been having cravings. I need to get back into ketosis so maybe these cravings will subside. On the way out of the store there was a huge bag of ruffled potato chips on display and they looked SO GOOD! I passed them by but thank goodness it's almost lunch time, I am STARVING!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amanda, be careful with fried foods, especially fried chicken. A lot of restaurants will use fillers to get them plumped up and as a flavoring. Unless you are cooking them yourself, be careful! I'm sure this and the Dt soda is why you see a slight gain and are experiencing the cravings. Great job on the exam. You lucked out those other chapters didnt affect you.

Amanda, post a picture of the old you and you now. It will help you see the great progress to go along with the pounds and inches. And "step away from the fired chicken" (said in an echo chamber) lol. It'll only give your grief, believe me I know!! If you are really jonesing for fried chicken, try soaking it in buttermilk, then rolling in crushed pork rinds, and frying it. We had gizzards last week. They were fantastic. Congrats on the exams. You are doing super!

LOL! Yes I was having it maybe once a week or once every 2 weeks from KFC, original recipe is supossed to only have 4 carbs for a breast. Well I have been having it like 3 times a week lately oh and its not just original I have been having extra crispy... bad, bad, bad. So today I am back to the basics and having some fajita beef and cheese. I am trying something new, a powerade zero but I am not too crazy about it. I did get soooo lucky on that test 4. I made a C - not happy about it but it's passing. I have an A in biology though. :) Good advise Stef... I'm going to go stare at my before picture so I will remember why I don't want fried chicken and potato chips!!! :D
