I was off work for two weeks and I really wanted to get on top of my diet, I was loosing weight constantly and nicely but in the past two weeks I travel a lot, didn't record my journals and didn't cook my own food for about 70% of the time. Result: a bit of weight gain and a feeling of being bloated... Today I got the reign back on my hands and I hope that I will get better every day.
