Yippee! Under 190 lbs finally! Mostly cutting my bad carbs/sugar, portion control, eating healthier and avoiding eating late at night so I can burn the calories during the day by being more active. Any more suggestions would be great! I hope everyone is doing well. Have a great rest of the day! 😊
189.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep controlling those portions tummy will adjust soon to less food. Don’t lose focus and be diligent about your diet and you will find lifelong success
