Well i have stepped up the exercise and down the calories a touch, but my weight is constant so far. I feel really good so that is helping to keep the negative thoughts at bay.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
