Fell off plan since Xmas and New Year's parties. Was not too bad and was trying to use my packs when was having conventional meals in a day. And somehow I kept the same weight for almost 3 weeks, which was my outcome (stay the same or shred but not put on) but now will review my targets and push myself forward. :)
