Getting pretty upset. I am not loosing like I needed to.. I don't what else to do.... This weight is not dropping like it is expose too.... Maybe I need to try a different scale...... Very upsetting...
274.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our bodies lose the way they want to not the way "we" want them to. You can do everything right and have a gain. You can overeat another week and have a big loss. Consistency is key! Patience and persistence are also important. Your chart looks great. As long as that chart has a mostly downward spiral, your doing great. Keeping realistic weight loss expectations is so important. A pound or two a week is normal for most people on the planet. Slow and steady will take you to goal. Losing super fast usually leads us to putting it back on super fast. Your doing great!
