La periode de Grande Superbouffe, stresse + toujours pas de regles - presque 2 semaines retard. Aujourd'hui le 12.12.12. Temps de retrouver le respect de moi meme. "+,+" Graisse 27.1; eau 47.3; muscles 36.4; eau 5.8.
134.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
