Restarted my PALEO (sortof) cleansing eating on Monday 1/14/13... eating meat, veggie and fruit. Exception is oatmeal for breakfast. Nuts to snack. Honey for sweetener. Water. Tea. Basically anything found in nature is ok. no dairy, limit salt. No junk. no processed anything.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.9 lb a week
