This weekend, my friend made some gumbo, never had it, so I tried it. I have not gained ANYTHING but I do know that I probably could have lost some more if I had eaten better. I did, however, walk 5 miles while watching movies the other night, so that was a positive that I think kept me down. Hopefully at LEAST a 2 lb loss this week.
