and again I weight in at 148, have no idea what the deal is since I am doing every thing right but will hang in there instead of giving up like before and continue to eat right and exercise every day.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
