Whooooohooooo

Reached my goal, with 4 days to spare.

This month’s 28day challenge, I am going to focus on exercise instead of weight.

My goal for the next month is attending 3x spinning classes and also do 3x 5km run!

199.7 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
