Well today is Monday the 14th. I have made little progress. But, not what I wanted... I just wish I could get out and walk more.. Now, that we are back to winter again. I loved last weeks weather.. Could handle that for the rest of our winter.... My food is okay with what I am eating the only thing is my water. That is going to have to be my BIG thing that I need to work on... I am not a water drinker. But, hot water and lemon I can do.. So, for now that is going to have to be my thing...
