Slow and steady :)

Bought a 60s-style mod dress a few days ago. Can't wait to have an excuse to wear it somewhere!

187.2 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb. Still to go: 27.2 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 0.7 lb a week
