It’s time to get serious and lose the weight again. Have to cut the carbs/sugar since I am borderline (prediabetes). I lack sleep too. I wish I could get more sleep every night! 😩
186.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
