Small workout with weights this morning. Didn't feel very energetic. I've been taking a short walk with the dog in the evenings. He likes it and I think getting out for even a small amount of exercise is good.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
