Not sure what is going on with my weight except it's TOM. I thought I did pretty well yesterday with drinking plenty of water, ate small portions, and tried to stay away from sweets. I did have 1 oreo cookie and about 4 peanut m&m's. Went for a bike ride at the park. Man! Was it hot out! It didn't take long and I had worked up a good sweat. Even Cierra had red cheeks!
I plan to try out the water aerobics class tonight at the gym. In a way I'm looking forward to it but am also feeling a little shy about it. I know I'm not the only overweight person to ever do water aerobics, so I will step out of my comfort zone and give it a shot! Fear is the opposite of faith and I plan to live my day today in faith!
Here's to a new day closer to my goal!
232.5 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just think about the fact that i am in the same position as you...you might be alone in your gym but i am with you in mine...lol...

Chin up girly... I'm sure you are just retaining a bit of water from something. ;) Good job on getting out and goin' for that RIDE!! I'm sure once you get into the water, you'll feel GREAT and you'll feel your heart telling you that "this is so good for me, cuz you are doing this to be the BEST YOU, that you can BE!" =D I wished that I could be going to a gym and joining a water class too, but it's not in the cards for me, as of yet.
