Well, as you can see, I had a tougher than normal week. Gained 5+ pounds, but I'm not overly concerned. I will get this off again. I just have to be more careful and follow points. I have no more meetings with buffet style service and all you can eat type of foods. I will be back on FLEX system as of today!!! Lots of water going back into my system!

Getting ready for my trip to AZ. I have to be at the airport by 5 in the morning and arrive in Phoenix at 9. Looking forward to the few days down there.

Gotta run. Have to take my oldest daughter to the eye doctor, then come home and finish my preparations. Talk to you all soon!

149.0 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
