Had a few glasses of wine and a grilled chicken hamburger last night with my mom at a show in JHB, very happy to see that it didn’t budge the scale in the opposite direction
207.5 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
