I followed the advise of one of the users and started counting calories instead of following my own rule by eating clean healthy food, what a difference two days can make?

I also upped my water intake and instead of doing an hour cardio at the gym, I decided going for a 3km run on the road and focusing on lean muscle at the gym.

Let’s see what happens when we reach 7days ❤️
208.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
