I am so HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!!! and all I do is walk when I can just about everyday.... anywhere from 4 to 5 miles.. and I do not eat after dinner NO MATTER what time I eat .. 6, 7, sometimes as late as 9...

I like how I feel, and I can breathe easier, and my knees don't hurt anymore..

The BEST Comment this week, My husband told how GREAT my BUTT looks!!!!!!!!!!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Thank you so much,,, I am trying to keep a positive attitude, and keep stress out of my life,,, which I think has a really big factor on weight gain,, so anyone out there,, the next time you feel mad upset or your blood boiling, get your water bottle, put on your i pod and just walk soon you will be thinking how bad it really isnt and how important you really are!!! I PROMISE!!! and when you see the end results,,, you will just want more....

They always gauge by the butt!! My man says the EXACT same thing! I also do some lite jogging(quarter mile stints)during my walks when I'm seething....good therepy
