Water fast going relatively well. I read somewhere on an Adrenal Support blog that you should eat just a bit of food in the morning so that your stored energy is released for use.
So, we now have a bit of something in the morning - I had about half an ounce of cheese and 5 almonds this morning.
Yesterday we had 'dinner' of chicken stock, 6 mushrooms, onion flakes and shiritake mushroom noodles. Honestly, I was hungry afterwards, but made it through until bedtime without cheating.
Today is that last full day of fasting, so I plan to go swimming this morning - that usually can take off another pound or so.
I haven't had a weight in the 260s for over twenty years - so this is pretty exciting.
Also, I'm now clearing out my drawers and closets - although my clothes are all favorites, they no longer fit. Sad, but also wonderful!!
