Well... eating out adds a lot of weight, but it appears to be more of a water gain responding to whatever mystery ingredients they add when restaurants prepare their food.
That being said, after two full days on our water fast that started last Friday, my weight has dropped almost ten pounds to a new low of 272.6. I'm actually surprised. But, it does reinforce my belief that the longer water fast works best.
We are going for a new schedule of 5 days water fast, a transition day of two meals of soup, then 5 days of eating 2,000 calories keeping keto with room for indulgence, then one transition day of keto at 1,200 calories prior to starting the next water fast cycle.
I'm down about 34 pounds since the beginning of the year.
