A weekend of not eating great and dealing with some nasty heat and humidity. We hosted a garage sale Thurs-sat, I'm tired and dehydrated.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
