232.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1423 kcal Fat: 85.42g | Prot: 83.64g | Carb: 75.78g.   Breakfast: Parmesan with Italian Herbs & Garlic Popcorn, Heavy Whipping Cream, splenda, coffee nescafe. Lunch: heavy whipping cream, splenda, Taster's Choice Original Gourmet Instant Coffee, Honey Smoked Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner: chocolate chip cookie, red bell pepper, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Swiss Cheese (Pasteurized), ground beef. Snacks/Other: bread, grape, hummus. more...
