Yay!!!! Down another pound! I pray that I can keep up the good work!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have!!!! I tried on these blue pants in my closet, which they were tight on June 3rd...(this was the first day of my new job) I put them on this morning and they were loose!!!! I was really excited. All in all I have had a good day. Thanks for the encouragement!!

Thanks for the insirarion! I have two great pairs of jeans waiting in my closet that are too tight to squeeze into. I'm excited with anticipation.
