Still loseing slow but I am still loseing. This way of eatting seems to be working for me and my life style. I have gotten to the point where I know what the points are for the things that I like to eat. Eatting more fruits and vegtables and less of everything. But I am satisfied and happy. I am not thinking of food all the time anymore. I mean I don't think of what I am going to eat in the morning for breakfast the night before. I just don't think of food like every second of the day. I am so happy that this is finally working for me and as long as I am loseing every month and I see the numbers dropping I am soooo happy. I know I have a LONGGGGGG way to go but I think this life style will work for me in the long term. Because it just makes you be more concsious of what you are taking in everyday. The exercise thing isn't going as well as I had hoped with my son out of school for the summer but school starts back in a couple of weeks so I should be able to get back on the treadmill every single day religously. That helps me drop the weight alot faster. Hope you guys are doing well on your new life, I am so excited for all of us!

I definitely think you are on the right path! Can't wait to see your chart once you hit the treadmill! I'm the same way with knowing the points for things. I take it a step more. I pretty much eat the same things for at least 2 meals a day (with minor changes). Like you, I don't need to be thinking about what I'm going to eat all the time. And I don't get bored, because it's stuff I like. Keep up the great work!! You are DOING IT!
