Today I went to the nutritionist, I expected a lesser weight loss, however, I was quite satisfied with the result, 3.6Kg of weight loss, not bad, and lost from 115cm of belly to 101cm.
My Uric Acid Levels are quite high still.
Today´s visit are an injection of motivation, if when I feel bad that usually motivate me more, when I'm happy as I'm today, I feel incredible... ;)

I was a really frustrated because of I thought I had lost like half of that, but it was a real boost watching the results and knowing how much I lost in measures also! :)

Another very strong day of diet and exercises, to tell you guys the truth, I'm not feeling very hungry, probally because of the Thermogenic I'm taking, today I also destroyed my Bike in an accident that only left my Caloi 10 very damaged, somehow I managed to escape nearly intact.
But it's all good...
