You can totally do it! I gain weight every winter but since starting Atkins almost 4 years ago even when I gain 10-15 lbs in the winter I'm not completely moving backwards because I can lose that and more in the spring/summer. I think the key is no matter how bad you think you've been, just get back on Atkins and you'll start to feel better soon.

Together we CAN do it. Do it now while young - as a 64 year old I can tell you, your metabolism just gets slower and slower unless you exercise a lot! Like you, I don't 'look' obese but know there's a bunch of fat around my internal organs that I worry about now more than how I look. I read your profile: lol. If you're the wiener girl, Atkins is for you! Make this the year you feel really proud of yourself.
